After receiving a Master’s in Comparative Education from Beijing Normal University, Keisha was accepted into the University of Hong Kong’s doctoral program within the Faculty of Education. Her research focuses on early childhood English literacy development and parental involvement. Keisha is a passionate educator/researcher and founder of Stories of Us, a social enterprise, which teaches parents with limited English how to effectively read aloud with their children in fun and engaging ways. She believes literacy is a foundational skill and an early start is crucial to one’s overall academic success.
